Use conditions to fine-tune your search for the older, duplicate ticket. Only tickets that meet all conditions will be considered for merging.
If you are merging into the older ticket, this is a search for the ticket being merged into (target ticket).
If you are merging into the new ticket, this is a search for the ticket being closed out by merge (source ticket).
The following fields are available for conditions:
- Brand
- Form
- Status
- Group
- Tags
- Custom dropdown fields
To control which tickets can enter the auto merging process, update the conditions in your Auto Merge Trigger instead.
