With Ticket Merge, you can easily bulk merge tickets directly from the ticket sidebar without having to switch screens.
- App appears on the ticket sidebar if the requester has other, non-solved tickets (status is New, Open, Pending, or On-hold depending on your configuration).
- Select the appropriate tickets that should be merged into the current ticket and click on Merge selected.
- Tickets are merged into the current ticket.
When tickets are merged...
- Content is carried over as a private comment
- Tags from merged tickets are rolled up (optional)
- The highest priority among merged tickets is rolled up (optional)
