By default, Playlist evaluates Playlist rules in the context of the Zendesk admin who installed the app. This enables teams to hide views from agents (to prevent cherry-picking). However, this is not compatible with dynamic conditions such as Ticket: Group > Is > (current user's groups) or Skills-based routing (Enterprise).
You can now check the "Run as logged-in agent" option next to each view in your Playlist rules. This will ensure that view conditions are evaluated in the context of the agent (not the admin) clicking on the Playlist button. Please note: using this option also requires the agent to have access to the view.
