By default, Playlist rules are evaluated based on the Zendesk admin who installed the app. This enables you to hide views from agents (e.g. to prevent cherry-picking). However, this does not work so well when using conditions that depends on the current user. For example, Group > Is > (current user's groups) would not work as expected.
You can now enable the "Run as agent" option for views in your Playlist rules. This will ensure that tickets are searched based on the agent's permissions (instead of the admin's).
Agents must have access to the view when "Run as agent" is enabled.
