How to move forward
If you'd like to move forward with an app, make sure you add a payment method through our billing portal before your free trial ends. If you need to be invoiced instead, please contact us.
How to cancel your trial
To cancel your free trial, simply uninstall the app from Zendesk. This will automatically cancel your subscription and ensure that managed components are properly removed. To avoid being billed for anything, make sure you uninstall the app before your trial ends.
