If the Playlist button is not assigning tickets as expected, it is usually due to the conditions in the views used in your Playlist rule.
In order to avoid hitting Zendesk's API limits, the app only checks for the 10 oldest tickets in each view. Therefore, Playlist requires that views used in Playlist rules always filter for unassigned tickets (Assignee is blank).
Under conditions (Meet ALL), make sure you have the following conditions:
- Ticket: Assignee > Is > -
- Ticket: Assignee > Less than > Solved
