You can restrict access to the app based on Roles or Groups. This also ensures that you will only be billed for agents that actually need to use the app (instead of your entire Zendesk account). These restrictions can be set during installation or at any time after installation by changing the app's settings.
To change the app's settings, Go to Settings > Manage (under APPS) > Playlist Ticket Assignment. There are two options:
- Enable role restrictions: select the roles that should have access to the app (e.g. Admin, Staff)
- Enable group restrictions (recommended): select which groups should have access to the app (e.g. Playlist Users, Support, etc.)
For most use cases, we recommend using group restrictions as it provides you with more flexibility.
