You can choose exactly which agents should have access to the app by using group restrictions. You can configure group restrictions during or anytime after installation by changing the app's settings:
- If already installed, go to Zendesk setup > APPS > Manage > Playlist Ticket Assignment
- Check Enable group restrictions? and select the group(s) that should have access to the app
This ensures that you are charged for agents that actually need to use the app.
Note: you can also use role restrictions, but we recommend using group restrictions for most teams as it offers more flexibility.
