Yes. We are slowly rolling out the Account tab to all customers. Under the Account tab, you can click on the "Update card" button to securely update your credit card details. Like all other paid apps installed directly from the Zendesk App Marketplace, your payments will be processed by Stripe.
Please submit a request, and we'll turn on the Account tab for you. This is especially useful if you want to sign up for a free trial using your personal credit card and update it to a corporate credit card later on if you decide to continue using the app.
