Playlist will only store data that is necessary to provide you with the app's service and the best possible user experience. In addition to your Zendesk subdomain, Playlist currently stores the following information on our servers:
- Playlist app settings - Zendesk metadata such as ticket view ids, custom ticket field ids, etc.
- Zendesk admin - User id, name, and email of the Zendesk admin who authorized the app during setup.
- Logs - User id and timestamp of every Playlist ticket assignment.
In future releases, it's possible that we may need to mirror some of your account's data, such as ticket data, to improve performance.
