Playlist will only store data that is necessary to provide you with the app's service and the best possible experience. In addition to your Zendesk subdomain, Playlist stores the following information on our servers:
- Playlist app settings - Zendesk metadata such as ticket view IDs, custom ticket field IDs, etc.
- Zendesk admin - User ID, name, and email of the Zendesk admin who authorized the app during the initial setup.
- Logs - User ID and timestamp of when a user clicks on the Playlist button.
